Getting Tray Icon to work

Does anyone know if it's possible to get teh tray icon object to use the internal exe icons built with MMF, when I run the app through the runtime it shows as the icon but when I build the app the icon is bare but there is a space in the task tray.

There are 2 extensions that can do this (Tray Icon Object and System Tray Object), which one are you using?
I always use System Tray Object...

Yeah, it looks like the system tray object does what it says on the tin.
The tray icon object is the one I was using.

I have also had problems with Tray Icon Object, So maybe an update for that object should be made!

I had problems using the Tray Icon object as well. Unfortunately I'm sure I read somewhere that the original maker has long since gone, so not much chance of an update.

(I'm pretty sure I read that although I could be wrong)

I believe you are right... But, if Clickteam still has the source, someone else could do it!

It just so happens i have made an app recently which runs in the system tray using Tray Icon. The problem you are having drove me insane for hours but it stupidly simple to solve.

Under Your applications properties edit the icon and edit the three 16x16 icons. this will make the tray icon use one of them depending on the resolution currently in use by the system.
