I'm making a quiz game in TGF2.

In TGF, the question object had both options "is the answer correct" and "is the answer false" but in TGF2 the quiz object has only the first option, "is the answer correct". Why is it so?

I need the "is the answer false" condition for my quiz, so I wonder why it's left out and or is there another way to do this?

If you add the condition "is the answer correct" then right click on it and select "Negate" then it is effectively "is the answer false". You may also want a negated "is the answer incomplete", I'm not sure.
