Request: Animation list feature

This would be very simple to add (i think) and would be very useful.

The little animation list at the bottom left of the active object editor. Rarely will anyone use all these animations. I personally usually make custom named animation at the bottom of the list. Could a little tick box be added above this list to hide all the animations which don't contain any frames? This would make it a lot easier to navigate and easier on the eye.
