    Bad Object!

I've just run into the Bad Object again. Still, I have no idea what caused it, but it seemed to be a fluke. I was working in the event editor and I accidentally dragged an event off the screen (my mouse sometimes goes out of whack). Then at the top of the screen was a new object, the Bad Object. I got a warning, saying a bad link had been made or something of that nature. The Bad Object picture was a red thing with the arrow that usually means Behavior. Only two objects have behaviors in the game, and neither of them had anything to do with the incident. And then something miraculous happened, it went away. I ran the application and went to the frame editor, then back to the event editor to find it was gone. Now I know that Bad Objects have ruined games before so I was incredibly lucky. Hopefully this will help to provide some insight into the mysterious bad objects that occasionally plague games.

Be careful of this one - you might want to send the MFA and any backups you have of it to the developers anyway so they can make sure that the file's safe (and hopefully to find out what might have caused it!)

Indeed, I was very suspicious about how abruptly it came and went as well. I'll take a backup file and see if I can recreate the problem.
