    Changing Adresses in Multimedia Fusion

    Hi

I have been experimenting with programs like Artmoney and Cheat Engine. I decided to play one of my old MMF2 games and see if it worked with the Cheat Engine, but for some reason even though you can scan the adresses, and change them, they don't actually change on MMF2, why?

The Cheat Engine, and ArtMoney both work with other programs, but why not MMF2? I am confused about this, so I peformed further tests. I placed 3 counters on the frame, and upon pressing Space they all set to a random value of 999999. I compiled it to an *.exe* and ran it, and then scanned the values that were randomly generated by pressing space. I find the values, change them but still they don't change on the frame.

    Why doesn't it work?

They probably HAVE changed, but MMF hasn't redrawn them because it doesn't think it needs to because it (MMF) didn't change them.

I think Dynasoft might have it there.

A trainer for your own game? Wouldn't it be easier to implement cheat codes?
