Process Checker

Well it would seem that way wouldn't it? But not really, you see it doesn't terminate the process right away, it first finds the location of the program its checking by using the find method .exe command, then it performs a hash check on the file, if its on the allowed list, it lets it run, It seems like this would be slow but actually its works instantly, and I have about 10,000 processes on the allowed list. And yes I realize that the program can be terminated, Ive been trying to use the hookteminationapis.dll to fix that. For now the current fix is to have two programs running to keep each other up, if one fails then the program that didn't starts up yet a third program that then starts up the program that failed, then it terminates itself to keep the programs from becoming a tree. It works quite well, but i do need a more secure method.

Well its a good idea, blackICE has it (application protection, but has internet access control and dll-loading controls as well) but isn't supported on windows 2008 so need to give this a try when you finish it! Nice thinking

Oh and it doesn't run on Vista yet, but i think its because it need Administrative rights or something, I'll work on compatibility later, I have two laptops to test it on!
