Mouse pointer just appears as "hand"

    Hi Community,

sometimes when I start MMF 2 Dev it happens that the mouse pointer appears as a hand like the hand tool. But whatever I do I can't change it. It changes back to normal after a while when I work in different programs.
Same happens when I use photoshop. Just happens after I started the programs but not everytime.

    Can anybody help me?

How much RAM does your system have?

@Jamie: My system comes with 2048 Megs of RAM

@Joeyotrevor: Haven't tried the "hold space"-theory yet but if it works, will I always have to do that?

Some users on the french forums have the same problem. No solution was found for the moment.
All these users must have something in common. I wonder if this is due to some software running in the background.

@Olivier: That's what I got thinking about a couple weeks ago. I read some stuff on the internet that it might have to do with an anti-virus program.

    It could also be ICQ.

This happened to me in the past. When you press and hold the space bar, the cursor turns into a hand so you can move around without scrolling the wheel or the bars. It's nice, but on occasion if something happens when you press space, or MMF2 doesn't get a sign or something saying you let go, it wont know... and the hand will stay. I fix it by just tapping space.
