Have used the Java beta on my new website

As the title says... i've used MMF2 to add a cool scrolling screenshot system to my new website for an upcoming shareware app. Only trouble I have is that it is 829kb's! Mostly my fault though as I had to have the number of colours high to make the fade out on the left and right look good enough.

Product hasn't gone 'live' yet but I thought i'd show it off to you guys

    Nice looking site and product.
About your java app, for me the arrow don't turn the wheel in the right direction.

    Thanks guys

What do you mean Sphax? The right arrow should move the images to the right and vice-versa. Did this not work properly for you?

I understand what Sphax means. Either way would be correct, but it just seems more natural for it to go the other way. Also, that is the way most things of this nature go.

It's like the scrollbars... The down arrow move the page upward.

Yeah, I can see it from both viewpoints. If you think "I want to move the images left" and hover over the left arrow, it's fine. If you think "I want to see an image to the left" and hover over the left arrow, it feels rather strange

lol yeah I can understand where your coming from. As Brandon said, both ways would be fine, so I probably won't change it

Great job -- now how'd you do it?

You are right about the size, 56kers won't like you for that.

    Wow! That looks nice!

On the word about size, later on when the active picture object(unless it already has) gets a java runtime you could use that one to load the images, then they wouldn't need to be included in the java file
