    Animation speed not consistent

Has anyone else noticed that the playback speed (when you press "PLAY") in the animation editor is not consistent with the speed at runtime? I am finding that the runtime speed is a lot faster than the editor speed. Maybe twice as fast.

    Can anyone confirm this?

Hi mobichan. Confirmed. MMF2 Bld247. This is, in my humble opinion, not a big issue. Click Team has other more important projects they are working on, but they can add to their list. Probably already have.

I'd love to see this fixed, but I agree with nivram about that it's not one of the most important thing to change.

Ahh yes, I've found that if you want to see the animation playing at 50 speed on the editor, you need to set it to 90 : )

I don't think this has ever worked, even casting my mind back to KnP and TGF...

Actually, I think it was fine back in the old days...

EDIT: Remember when the sprites were animated on the frame editor screen? I was so shocked that they didn't do that anymore when MMF came out!

    Re: Animation speed not consistent

This has been an issue in MMF since MMF 1.5 actually. Any speed played at above 50, seems to play at speed 50, you just sort of need to sort of trial an error things.

With that, I'm glad they got rid of animated sprites in the frame editor, it was a pain and extremely unnecessary.
