how to change the about text icon?

it's the same with your application icon it's in application properties.
Maybe the icon won't appeared in the about box if you preview it on debug mode. You must build the executable to see it.

if I run my aplication direcly from Multimedia Fusion the icon doen't change, only if I build the exe file

People who want more features than are in the 'about' box can make their own. MMF2 users can use a sub-application object and MMF2 Developer users such as yourself could also use the Dialogue Box object.
