MIDI problems

I don't know if this has anything to do with MMF2 itself, but I downloaded a thirty day trial of a software called Acid Music Studio 7. That software allows you to create music in MIDI format. For some reason, the songs I create are not readable by MMF2 nor is it readable by other programs. However, it is readable using Windows Explorer. I'm not sure what the problem is so please help.

It ends in .mid just like any other MIDI file.

Can you upload an example MIDI? Might be some special format...

I have acid and it makes sounds in other formats I don't think it makes MIDI files. Perhaps it can but mainly it makes actual sound files and not computer generated sound files.

You should be able to use the export command under the file menu in it and create WAV,MP3 or OGG (OGG is best choice)

All of these formats can be played under the play sample command in MMF2.
