    What exactly is resizing?

    Or rather, what are you attempting to resize, and how is it resizing? It looks a bit like you used my article on TDC. Dunno though.

    I took a quick look but wouldn't you need some events to trigger when you change the windows size?

    I only see one event where the frame is maximized and I don't think your increasing the frame size just the application window.

    I would need to think more about what your doing, hopefully someone else has some experience with this and can help faster.
