Black Screen?

Sorry to be a bother, but is HWA supposed to be totally balck in the frame editor? Even if I've got objects, they're covered up by black. I can still select them though, I just have to know where they are.

that happens sometimes, usually after you do a Switch User on XP and log back on

try going into the event editor and then back into the frame editor

In MMF2's preferences you can switch off HWA rendering for the frame editor. That way, HWA will only be in use when you run the application. You'll not see what the pixel shaders does, but it's a little bit more resource and sleep mode friendly

If my screensaver starts up when MMF2 HWA is running, the screen goes black. I just save/close and re-open and everything is back to normal.

OK, if I have the zoom of the frame editor at anything but 100%, it's not black. Otherwise, it's black, unless I change the preferences like Nifflas said.
