    How two measure FPS

How do you measure a frame's FPS? Some years ago I used some x/y code but cannot remember it.
How can I constantly calculate how fast a frame is -> how many FPS it has?

Or, putting it another way, there was an expression to get the framerate added in one of the recent builds of MMF2.
