    Re: cellphone java

Obviously the 'when will it be done' question is pointless, but I was wondering how big a task it is to make a runtime that exports to mobile java?

Actually, what are the general limitations of the mobile java? I don't know a thing about it.

I think the main problem is that it'd have to be extremely efficient in terms of memory and processor usage and filesize. MMF2 is fairly efficient, but because it has a highly flexible general-purpose engine it can never be as efficient as a game developed purely for a mobile device.
