Friday, September 26th was the last time I touched my project. That's not a euphamism for something dirty, it's the sad reality I've come to face everyday. Every problem was getting squashed in frustrating battle after frustrating battle in an alien development environment. The systems, sub-systems, workarounds, incremental successes, incremental failures, discoveries... it was maddening.

As my knowledge of TGF2 increased, I saw a whole new world of possibilities open up before me and suddenly everything I had worked so hard to create seemed lacking. How could I go ahead with the plans I forged in ignorance when so much more was now possible?

Worse yet, I was seeing myself duplicate effort through poor planning. There had to be a solid mathematical approach to TGF2 programming (eventing? what do you call it?) that I simply failed to grasp. Imagine translating a single line of an ancient text only to be confronted by a thousand more pages of undeciphered language spread across an entire extinct civilization! A tiny victory that meant everything and nothing at once.

But I digress.

Anyone have a creative process that works, start to finish?
