Get Screen And Paste To Object

Ok so i know you can take a screenshot/screen however i couldn't work out how to use this in MMF2 again, all i could figure out was how to save it to a image, is there anyway to get a screen location with everything thats happening at the time with multiple objects etc and then paste this to another area/objects frame? Like a take from here on screen and copy to here type thing but just with the image.

Screen capture object? or use the control x to simulate Alt PrintScreen. This will grab the active window too... then you could use the Image manipulator to convert to an image then load into active picture object.
