Move to mouse click with animation

I have an animation of a person - I want it to move with walking animation to position of mouse click
Hint & how to do it please
Even better - a sample file would be excellent

Now sorted - using look at
Problem with hot spots aswell - had to manually reset all hot spots for all animations in all directions one at a time to prevent flickering effects

Well, you can just make an invisible object position at XMouse, YMouse.

And then have the person move to the invisible object....
