    Rotating Sprites

    Hey i making a game and all my drawings need to be rotated in some way but the rotation multimedia fusion has just isnt that good, is there some other way of doing it , or does anyone know a good program i can use.

    If you want it to look smoother and you use HWA i think there's a nice shadder effect that rotates pretty well ^^

    But if is about more angles and directions, you can use the Advanced Direction Object

    What exactly is it that you don't find satisfactory with MMF's rotation? Speed? Antialiasing? I'm asking because if it's just AA then you can maybe have them pre-rotated in an image editor and then just import them rotated?

    When i rotate any image, it distorts the image, makes it blurry, makes a look like garbage

    Use Flash OR well... How large are your graphics? We use bitmaps so there is going to be jagginess and blurring and loss this is for games where the main function is speed and effect not over all appearance.

    Now if you want a smooth un distorted image you'll have to rotate each frame outside of MMF and import it...
