    Charge shot

    I'm trying to have my guy do a charge shot so when you hold the shoot botton it charges and when you let go he fires a shot that deals more damage. So far i have it so that when you hold down the shoot button it adds to a counter and it stops at 100, i have the sound effect ready aswell, i just dont know how to make it shoot when i release the shoot button. Any ideas?

    Just negate it, copy the condition, edit it so it does what he said then negate the original condition shoot button is held. Plus make sure there is an and condition that says that it will only fire when the power is greater than 0. When its done charging make a last condition that returns the fire power to 0.

    Tried that, i have:

    - 'Counter' = 100 (full)
    + Repeat while pressed fire 1 X

    shoot full power bullet

    But it seems to go back to 0 quickly when i release so it dosent have enough time to shoot thus canelling out the shooting action.

    Edit: never mind, i have the answer! Thanks for the help though! :grin:
