    Making glows

    Hi everyone,

    How would you make a decent glow around a character, for instantce, ba big blue glow

    You need to get some sort of soft looking blue thing (Possibly made in any good paint program) and add some effect to it like add or subtract, it all depends.

    Well, he set the transparency so that it was pulsing using the timer and testing the semi-transparency values, and he just made the glow image follow the player.

    You can look at how he coded the example file to find these things out as well.
