    MMF Nintendo DS Programming

Inspired by the 'convert to wii/ps3/xbox' thread... imagine if there was an MMF Nintedo DS edition...

New objects in the event editor for things like touch-screen input, detecting whether DS is opened or closed, microphone input, etc, etc

I think Clickteam would be onto an absolute winner if they could do something like this with Nintendo...

But it's impossible since a licence to Nintendo must be brought by Clickteam. Also, Nintendo will require some Royalties for each games and a validation.

Homebrews are currently prohibited by Nintendo.

    Re: MMF Nintendo DS Programming

The DS2 is having a SD card slot on the front - Nintendo know what they're doing, and what they're allowing people to do with it... so while technically prohibited, it's in a roundabout way encouraged.

Presumably the software would already have a royalty payment to Nintendo, and runtime splash screens, etc.

My point was actually based on it being impossible btw - but if you don't think outside the box, you never find things which were previously thought impossible.
