    DS

i'm programming an RPG and i want it to be like Chrono Trigger DS. i've set the screen size and put a divider across the screen to give the illusion that there are two screens rather than one.
unfortunately there's one problem i have so far, the scrolling doesn't work correctly. there's a big gap on the left side of the frame that i can't see. any suggestions?

Use the view portal object for your split screen

I suspect you have a large border which is covering part of the frame.

You need to leave a gap at the edge of your scrolling area which is big enough to take into account any border (or fake DS looking screens).

i've tried that, but unfortuantely i now have a problem with every side of the frame.
i'm using a window control object, is there a better way to resize the window without the screwy scrolling?
