Problems running application on WINXP SP3?

For anyone who have Windows XP SP3, please test my application:

One of user have told me this application does not run on Windows XP SP3. When he double-click on it, nothing happens.
Is MMF2 application works on Windows XP SP3? Please reply.

Well, it should unless the file got corrupted when he downloaded. I see no potential change that could invalidate a whole application from one service pack to another.

How did the user downloaded the file?
Was it packed with a tool like UPX?
What MMF2 extensions does it use?

Nothing happens? I would expect an error message at least if it didn't work.

@byo : Maybe you are are right. I'm not using any packers or compressor.

How did you do that cool intro in the beginning? No window bars, no window frame, than your app kicks in. I like the app. It worked. I have XP SP3.

Sorry for double posting, but I'm having the same problem. My dad has an SP3 non-vista and nothing happens at all when trying to open an application.
