Here's a progress report:

I have successfully added the ability to set file attributes. I also added a feature for sending a bitmap image to the clipboard. I removed the mouse features becuase other objects can do them more effectively.

I still need to add conditions for testing file attributes, and I would like to look into other requests.

Could you make it so that it can get/set taskbar height, or ajust certian things on the taskbar and add/remove toolbars?

You should not have included that example! Someone's going to come here and delete their start up programs and mess up their computer... I'm betting on it.
