Screen Shaker Error

I was messing with the screen shaker widget someone made (posted somewhere around here), and also came up with my own code for one. I noticed that if I make the shaker object NOT follow the frame (unchecked), that there is a center screen error with the screen position after the shaking is done. In other words, the screen does not get centered back at Y position correctly. Sometimes the screens position goes too far down or too far up. I don't know if its an issue being that the shaker object follows the screen is unchecked, or if the object has a starting position error. But when I was play testing with it, when I kept making the screen shake enough times, the play field (where the character is) went either too far down, or too far up from the play area.

I don't know how else to explain it, but that was the best I could do.
Here is what my event list editor looks like for the screen shaker part only.

The size of the stage was 1500 x 2400, and the size of the window was 256 x 224. When I kept pressing S, the current screen where the player was eventually rose to the very top.

Well you will need to code it so when the shaking is done, the object is positioned center of the window again. I have not played with this object so i am unsure if thats what you want to do?
