how do i resize the window?

does anyone know how to resize the window? i tried but it screwed up my scrolling.

are u resizing the window or the frame
to resize the window u go to ur workspace toolbara and u click on ur application name and right next to it another window will pop up and u click the window icon and u resize it to what ever u want it to be
and the frame is the same on u click on the frame instead of the application name
