All the tutorials i find say to go to the run time options menu to change the keyboard preferences (e.g. make player 2's keys be WASD, and player 1's be up, down, right, left). Where can I find it?

Single click on you active. In the properties menu click on the symbol that looks like white piece of paper with a folded corner and has a red arrow pointing to the right.

The runtime options are under the application properties. Click on your application's name in the Workspace Toolbar, now in the properties box below click the third tab from the left (that's the runtime options.) Scroll down a bit and there you have the default control setup!

Edit: Oh, nivram beat me to it... :P

LOL. Better to have too many answers than not enough.
