Anyone know how can I set a file as hide ?
I don`t want the players have access to the system files of the game (even with a encripted score). I thought about use register extension, but now I really wanna now how can I set a file as hidden like the command attrib (MSDOS)..!I think this is the best way..
Talking about MSDOS, Is there an extension that can run DOS COMMAND like a batch file ? When I write a .bat and set MMF2 to open it hide, it doesn't work (works but show the black screen of batch file, the hide command doesnt work).

be aware though that MSDOS could present problems on users running Vista with UAC enabled.

Yes, I see the problem. I have been testing on Vista and you cannot get it run. I can bring up a cmd.exe window and run the command. However, if you try to use the special object or file object you cannot run the command. The cmd.exe will open but the command line will not execute.

It should not be this hard for command prompt commands and batch files .bat .cmd.

However in using the special object to run notebook.exe and open a .txt it was simple.
