    Bug with Counters and Strings

This bug has been bothering me for some time:

Whenever you have a counter or a string over the top of a backdrop, it always moves behind it when the screen isn't scrolling. For strings, the layers seem to be the problem, and I have been able to get around it. However, with counters no matter what layer they are on or even if there aren't any layers, they almost always move behind backdrops. This becomes really frustrating when I have a backdrop that I want to use as a background to cover the whole screen. This bug must be fixed.

Note: I have build 248, the newest build as of the time I posted this message.

Try changing the "Display as Background" checkbox in their properties.
