Possible to Add to Windows Right-Click Menu?

Just wondering if it would be possible to add an item to the existing right-click menu in windows? (When you right-click on the windows desktop?)

Also, would it be possible to build an app that would allow the person running the .exe to create a screensaver in that app and then save it to his/her computer? Maybe using .net or something similar?

This was a feature I considered adding to my Power System Object, but I would have to figure out how to do it.

There is n object for this already, called "Popup Menu" and it allows for the use of the right click windows dropdown, very handy in fact.
