AVG Free finds problems with Clickteam?

AVG version 8.0.233 with a database updated today has found and fixed the following problems:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Downloads\Vitalize!\vtz3f.exe - Adware Generic3.JTP

C:\Downloads\Clickteam Christmas Advent Calenda\xmas_day1.exe - Trojan horse Dropper.Agent.LRE

C:\Downloads\MMF Vitalize\vtz3f.exe - Adware Generic3.JTP

I don’t know what all this means, and the paths and bad spelling may be my own doing. I’m a long time Clickteam fan and currently use MMF2 developer.

These were the only problems that AVG found with today’s scan.

Can anyone explain?

Yes their software is buggy and is reporting a false positive.
They should be more careful and produce a higher quality scanner and we have reported to this in the past the last couple times they had the problem.

Best thing to do is to look at their site and find the procedure for reporting the error with their scanner.
