Why does the qualifier list jump from 0-9, then strait to 24-99? What happened to qualifiers 10-23? Are they already used internally, or did the software designers not needed to include those? It's also odd that 24-99 doesn't continue as #'s as icons, but the icons as, what looks like trash baskets. If the qualifiers continued with #'s 24-99, shouldn't the icons continue as #'s too instead of trash baskets?

Also, there isn't a way to rename, and/or change the icon of the qualifiers is there?
