    Sub-Application Problem

I am using a Sub-Application in my MMF2 Application but I don't want it to appear imediatly on the screen so I unchecked create at start and I have a button which creates it when clicked, I have a black 800 by 600 second frame with buttons in it, only problem is when I run the Application and I click the button that creates the sub-application something goe's wrong, I get a white 200 by 600 box, which is smaller and I can't see my buttons in this window.

    How do I fix this?

Instead of unchecking "Create at Start" see what happens if you delete the sub-app from your frame, causing it to become a created object.

And I thought you decided to leave.

    Re: Sub-Application Problem

I set it to create at start and it is there at start, I close it and click the button and same problem, I checked the create event and it says it's creating a Sup-Application.

I deleted the sub-application and created a new one and the creation event is still there which it shoudn't but it says it's creating an Icon View which is supposed to be plain White.

I have now corrected it and it works fine, I do not know how this happened.

When you untick "create at start", TGF/MMF makes a copy of the same object somewhere automatically (and you can't delete it by selecting it and pressing "Delete"). It's possible you had "Show created" unchecked and had two subapps in the frame as long as you didn't delete the original subapp and this messed things up.

Just a wild stab in the dark of what could have gone wrong.
