    Since the predefined movements in the next build can be based on the time and not on the frame rate, I don't know why you shouldn't you them. If it fits what you need, you can (if your project is a fresh one built in the last build and not a converted one).

    Because, quite frankly, to rely on default movement for anything, is kind of foolish. Sorry, blunt but true. :crazy:

    You're going to find yourself doing MORE work compensating for issues, then if you simply made your own engine... especially for shooting, platforming, and essentially everything except MAYBE the ball movement, which gets a little bit of slack because to make a custom ball movement engine would require some trig, and your results might not greatly improve what comes in default movement. That's my only exception though.

    I agree of course but basic movements could be used when necessary if you know the limitations.
    For shooting something at a given speed, the ballmovement or the action "shoot" could be used if it's what you want.

    But maybe the "shoot" action has a bug since the last movements engine has been updated.
