"In the actions "Moving and Copying" there's an option to Sort, Shuffle, Shift Up, Cycle Up, Shift Down, Cycle Down, Reverse, Swap items and values, Renumber items.

Many of them makes no modifications in the group because of the auto-sort. -_-"

Actually they all do work, but they probably do something a little bit different to what you expect. They shift values up and down (etc.) keeping the keys fixed. This is very useful in some systems, for instance high-score tables.

Yes you should not really use INI files like that, however it's not really my place to tell you what to do or not to do. Like I say, Version 2 will be fine for you.
