MMF2 249 Beta 5 Java Runtime MIDI volume issue

Somewhere along the line between Beta 4 and 5, something was changed to the MIDI playing code, and now MIDIs play at an increased volume with a much lower quality - and sometimes you can get things like "stuck notes" where one MIDI ends but keeps playing that last note unless the MIDI playback is manually ended ("Stop all music" event).

I did not change antthing in MIDI, and I have no control on the quality.
It looks like your MIDI output goes through the lower quality synthetiser. You should look in the preferences of your sound card.

Actually Francois, before posting this thread I had asked a few other people about this to make sure it wasn't just me, and apparently they too had the same issue. If I couldn't have it replicated by another person, I probably would not have posted this thread.

EDIT: Actually it's not a volume problem, the MIDIs are overlapping! It's lik the MIDI keeps starting and starting and starting... which makes it sound crappy and loud!
