Check if Files or Folders are Modified?

Is there an extension that checks to see if files or folders are modified? (renamed, deleted, file added, etc.)

I think the file object can do this...I don't know if its possible to test directories

This extension doesn't do quite what I need. Is there any other way to test for these changes in files?

I believe there is, I used the Fusion Updater to download all the extensions available and I remember that... hold on.

EDIT: It's called the FileTime Object. It can read or change the times created/modified on files. It should be available via Fusion Updater, if not, I have no idea where I got it.

New EDIT: I'm not sure if what you want has an extension but the object above should help a little. There is also a File Folder object or something along those lines but I'm not sure what that does.
