Mobile games file size limit

What is the file size limit for mobile Java games? I have a small 326K game and it would not install on my Samsung t629. I get an error "file size is too large". Is it the phone limitation or the file limitation? The game is pretty basic, I dont even have any sounds in it.....

I think the phone is the limiting factor.

Your phone needs to support the filesize. I have a Nokia 6800, produced 2004, this can handle up to 256kb per game. My new Nokie6100 can handle up to 1mb.

that coud be bad for me...unless I upgrade the phone...I mean simple level with nothing in it weights 256k. I managed to install and run a simple game (little under 300k), but it's like bare bones. But then again.....I need to make sure that people with low lvl phones are covered as well.
