Remove "Start of Frame" and it will work.

What did you expect? That MMF2 magically figures out that you changed a value after the "start of frame" event?

If you want to load it on start of frame then you need to create your sub application at runtime and destroy it later:

Uncheck "Create at Start" at the properties of the sub application, then modify the button events to create the sub application at X/Y.
