Problems build Blackberry Application in MMF Dev

Hi when build Blackberry Application and I have installed the JDE 4.0 the MMF give me a error:

"An error has happened when calling rapc.exe. Please check the installation of the Blackberry JDE."

If they can help me I thank for them, greetings and thanks beforehand.

Hello Francois I do not have to send nothing because until to frame emptiness that error happens to me.
JDE 4.0 installed in two machines a with XP and other with Vista.

I have realised tests with empty frames and continues giving the same error.

My application is compiled to the Blackberry format, but when use the Desktop Manager to install it in my Bold 9000 says that it does not work and it does not install anything.

JDE 4.6 and the last build 249 MMF2 Developer.

In Java Mobile is work but not in Blackberry build.

Thanks and I ask: has somebody had the same problem?
