I know how that works, and yes it is 0 based, its because I have the order of actions weird so it will add 1 to a global value before the global value is used so the action that requires the global value just subtracts 1.... uploading...

Ok so just to get this straight, if the INI file is saved and encrypted once, and AutoSave is on, will it automatically encrypt it and all? As long as it is loaded with encryption?

Yes, as long as you provide the key before you load the ini.
