How to save and load games?

I want to make a function that saves a progress one has made through a game. how do i save this and load it after having exited the program :=) ?=?
lets say i want to save a global value or something, so its the same after restarting.

im sure there are lots of posts about this but i cant seem to find anyone, the search-function here aint much to hang in the christmas-tree imo.

There are several options for this. Two of the built in MMF are INI and Array. There is a tutorial for the INI in the tutorial section in the Side Bar ----->
