Putting an image into Dialog Box at runtime

Is it possible to put an image into the dialog box at runtime?

I'd even be happy if I could find a way to display different images that were pre-loaded.

At the moment, the only way I can see to get an image into the dialog box is to load it into the static box object (as part of the dialog box), but I cannot change it, move it or manipulate it in any way.

I don't think this is possible with the Dialog Box Object.
