How to Make an Animated Sinewave in MMF2?

I'm guessing this should be simple enough. I'll probably need to use trigonometric functions and some kind of drawing extension. But I still can't figure out how to do it. I want have an animated sinewave-looking thing based on the variable "wavelength," like the blue wave in this animation:

Are there any examples out there that might help me?

    Thanks

Hey I don't know if this will help you all that much, but I threw together a little sinewave simulator.

I hope it assists you in your sinewave endeavers. (I don't know why, but we can't see your picture.)

This is probably a bit over the top compared to what you need, but you could take a look at it you want. It demonstrates how simple trigonometry can produce some really neat effects, and it is open source

Doctilemouse, your example was excellent! Although it was not exactly what I wanted the wave to look like, I was able to change it easily enough. Thanks.
