    Oinc shows as Trojan

    using AntiVir

    OINC_Client.mfx
    TR/Downloader.Gen Trojan


    any way to solve this or make my players not worried?

    I'm not aware of any solution. You can add an exception in AntiVir, so it won't care about that particular file, but everybody would have to do this manually.

    Someone will need to e-mail the vendor with samples of a program with the extension included so they can make the false positive go away. Make sure that you explain the exact situation, and include a download link to a sample.

    I solved this problem replacing the OINC_Client.mfx of the Runtime folder with an older version, keeping the updated version of OINC_Client.mfx at extensions folder! It works with my applications without being detected!

    PS: My AV is Avira Antivirus!

    The runtime version is only used when you build an EXE.. expect problems with your EXE files.

    Has anyone reported this yet?

    No, I haven't reported it to Avira.
