[bug] Magic hand

I have found a "feature" in MMF2. It's a hand tool that you drag the screen with in any editor. It's just unfortunate that you really can't control it. The tool comes out from nothing and disappears without a reason. Sometimes it really makes a working difficult, when even restarting doesn't help.

Would be nice if this tool could be activated from some toolbar.

Oh, right. But in that video my space bar wasn't down... I think.

I've found that playing Youtube videos in full screen mode can sometimes grab the space bar like that... there must be other causes like that as well. Pressing and releasing Space clears it.
