MMF 2 Install Question

We're trying to install MMF 2 on an XP Machine with all the latest updates and each time we click on the short cut the box pops up on the screen then disappears. HELP! What do I need to do in order to get the program to run.

Hmm... Could you send me your registration info by PM please? I'll check what happens.

I'd love to, but I'm installing via an application launcher and I'm not close to that information at this time. We've installed MMF 2 before via the launcher but it's not working now. I'm sure it has something to do with a windows update for XP...just not sure which one or it could be that this machine now has CS4 on it. Those are the only differences in install between when MMF 2 worked and now.

What is an application launcher? Can't you install MMF2 with its own installer?

We just use the Novell Application Launcher to distribute the installer to all servers. Once I bring up the NAL I can click on the MMF installer to install the app to a specific computer. MMF 2 installs fine to the c: drive but once I try to run the program just appears then disappears.
