How about resaving the whole file? Like that one formula you had you thought was a mess, and that one example you had that had all the properties on one screen? Also, just add another condition after the loop event that loads each part of the file, and detect if the key or action = what you need for the edit box or whatever. BTW in MMF2 you can make quotes like this:

"Hello, I am ""LB"". What is your name?"
would show on the screen
Hello, I am "LB". What is your name?

So you can easily compare to the quoted string values.
