How to add continuos movement with only a click?

Hello, my problem is that i dont know really know how to add a continuos movement, either with pressing the keyboard or the mouse click only ONCE!!

I uploaded a project, there you will see a simple movement based on a simple platform engine, i mean, you keep pressing the left arrow and the square keeps moving until it colide with an obstacle.

Well, what i would like to know is how to make that the square "keeps moving" with only a click, and to stop with the middle click, (I think i can do the last one)
